MARTHA LISTER
Martha is a second-generation REALTOR® and has worked in the industry since 2006. Building strong relationships is at the forefront of Martha’s ethos, bringing her caring demeanor and good energy to all interactions with clients, family, and friends. Martha is extremely dedicated to her career and has won countless awards over her years as a REALTOR®. She is hard-working and, as most of her colleagues would agree, a wealth of knowledge. Having grown up in the Saint John Area with 7 siblings and raising 4 children of her own, Martha is very connected within the community and uses this, along with her keen negotiating skills, to give her clients a leg up in their real estate transactions.
Outside of work, Martha loves to spend time in the beautiful Belleisle, where she and her husband Todd own an all-season cottage. From high school sweethearts to proud parents of 4 wonderful adult children, she and Todd are family-oriented, love to travel, and can often be found spoiling their adorable grandbabies (and grand-fur-babies, too!). In her earlier years, Martha was a keen runner: training for and completing 10 full marathons.
