HILARY LISTER
Following in the footsteps of her mother and grandmother, Hilary is a third generation REALTOR®. Before diving into the real estate world, Hilary completed her degree at the University of New Brunswick in Fredericton, and worked in Calgary, AB for four years. Her experience in Alberta is one she will cherish forever, but her heart was back home in New Brunswick.
Hilary formed the Lister Group with her mom, Martha, in 2017 and has been a top producing agent ever since. Having grown up in Rothesay with her 3 siblings, friends, and family members she is very connected within the Saint John area. Hilary loves making plans and can balance a full schedule with ease. Her no-nonsense attitude and reliable work ethic make her a great asset to buyers and sellers looking for a successful outcome with their real estate goals.
Together with her husband, Hilary and Scott renovated their first home in Kennebecasis Park and more recently have purchased a cottage of their own on the beautiful Belleisle Bay; their favorite place to spend their spare time and recharge. Their son, Shawley, and wiener dog, Polly, are their pride and joy…and may be the reason that Hilary’s camera roll on her phone is always so full! Outside of work, Hilary can be found spending time with family and friends, often hosting, or planning the next fun-filled event to bring everyone together.
